Deciding on a logo

I like the look of having my signature on my business card, but I felt like it wasn't enough as a logo. When I looked at the websites of freelance animators, most seemed to have their name included as part of the logo. I tried some different designs using different fonts and my initials, but I preferred the look of a hand drawn logo. Instead what I did was write the word animation underneath my signature, in a similar style, and allowed for the J and the O from my signature, and the A from animation to stand alone as an official logo. I will keep my options open, but for now I'm going to use this as the logo for my website.
